Who is eligible to enter?

Eligibility is who may enter a lottery: usually adults aged 18 or over, living in the states the operator's permit covers. It is set out in each lottery's terms.
Entering a draw you are not eligible for can mean the ticket is refunded or cannot claim a prize, so it is worth checking before you buy.
