What is the major draw?

The major draw is the draw for the first prize, usually the house. It happens after ticket sales close or the lottery sells out.
Major draws are conducted under the conditions of the operator's permit, often with an independent scrutineer present, and results are published on the operator's website and in the media as the permit requires.
